Joab is the creation of two Aussie blokes who stumbled across a Mediterranean shoemaker using an 800-year-old design process. Jordan and Josh took the age-old design and added elements to make the shoes more suitable for modern-day living. They use leather from Central Asian Water Buffalo hide, which provides strength and durability, and also means the shoes can be worn without socks. $250 per pair.
